The present invention relates to a real-time PC room reservation system using PC room mileage or remaining stay time, and a seat reservation method using the system. The system comprises: a store management server including a charge settlement unit, an information providing unit, and a seat reservation processing unit; a store information providing server; and a connecting unit configured to check and select seat information provided by a display unit and to request a reservation.
