A facility artificially creating the wet season and the dry season for breeding is manufactured by forming two breeding tanks and transferring water on one of the tanks to the other tank so the one transferring the water has the dry season environment and the one receiving the water has the wet season environment. Therefore the species breeding in the wet season can spawn, and the fish production is performed in the off season so the facility can have competitiveness.
