The unmanned delivery device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of delivery boxes for temporarily storing mail items when a recipient is absent, a communication unit for transmitting and receiving information, an input unit for receiving the information, an output unit for outputting the information, and a processor for receiving a delivery reservation request from the terminal of the delivery man, receiving the reservation, receiving the delivery request of the delivery man for delivery reservation mail items and the reception request of the recipient for the delivered mail items through the input unit, and controlling the opening and closing of the delivery box.
