ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY AND HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL CARBIDE BOARD USING CHAFF CHARCOAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an excellent high quality and high value chaff charcoal carbide board and a new manufacturing method capable of producing the same which strengthen adhesion between particles of charcoal to promote an increase in durability and maximize environmentally friendly and highly functional properties of chaff charcoal. The manufacturing method comprises: a step of preparing chaff charcoal; a step of adding a peroxide initiator to 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) to obtain an organic binder (viscous liquid type); a step of adding 3-20 wt% of the organic binder to the chaff charcoal and then uniformly mixing like flour dough; a step of compacting and inserting a mixture of the chaff charcoal and the organic binder into a mold, and then compressing by a press for pressing; a step of performing thermal polymerization at 80-110°C for 30-60 minutes while compressed by the press; and a step of separating and discharging a compressed material from the mold, and then naturally cooling at a room temperature.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
