The present invention relates to a food safety data analyzing device based on big data, a method for the same, and a computer-readable recording medium for recording a program to perform the same. According to the present invention, the food safety data analyzing device based on big data includes: an ontology building unit defining a class by grouping and abstracting individual instances based on meaning of a relation and an individual kind of a term related to food safety and building ontology schema defining the relation between the same; a real-time data collecting unit collecting SNS data or news related to the food safety in real time; an individual name extracting unit extracting an individual name related to the food safety and related information between the individual names from the collected data and tagging and outputting individual information on the each individual name extracted; a mapping inference unit analyzing the extracted individual name in accordance with the ontology schema based on the individual information and performing and inferring instance mapping and schema mapping; and a data visualization unit visualizing a data list collected by the data collecting unit, the individual name and the individual information extracted from the individual name extracting unit, and an analyzing and mapping result of the mapping inference unit.
