APPLICATION FOR GENERATING LOG FILE FOR KEY VALUES OF KEYBOARD AND METHOD FOR MEASURING INTERNET ADDICTION LEVEL OF USER USING SAME

A method for operating an application comprises: a step of allowing, while a user is connecting to a website by using a web browser installed in a user′s computer, an application executed in the user′s computer to accumulate a connection time between the web browser and the website; a step of allowing the application to generate a log file of all the key values inputted from a keyboard connected to the user′s computer until the accumulated connection time reaches a predetermined first reference time; a step of allowing, when the accumulated connection time reaches the predetermined first reference time, the application to generate a list of key values exceeding a predetermined number of first reference times of key input among the key values recorded in the log file; and a step of allowing the application to transmit the list and a URL of the website to an Internet addiction diagnosis server. As a result, a user′s Internet addiction level can be automatically measured by using the log file provided from the application, instead of manually measuring the Internet addiction level, and a treatment method corresponding to the measurement result can be automatically provided to a guardian′s computer in real time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
