The present invention relates to an early-ripening rice drying device having a dried grain collecting device, and to an early-ripening rice drying system using the same. More specifically, the early-ripening rice drying device comprises: a heated air providing means for providing heated air for drying early-ripening rice and disposed in a body housing having a punching plate installed at the top thereof; and a grain separator transferred along a length direction of the body housing and dispersing early-ripening rice spread on the punching plate. The early-ripening rice drying device is produced by including a dried grain collecting device capable of collecting dried grains to the top of the punching plate to be discharged to the outside. Thus, drying, collection, and discharge of early-ripening rice are automated, and thus manpower and operation time needed in producing early-ripening rice can be remarkably reduced. In addition, the early-ripening rice drying device is produced by including an early-ripening rice transferring means for transferring early-ripening rice collected through the dried grain collecting device from the early-ripening rice drying device and by including an early-ripening rice loading means for accommodating and loading, in a loading container such as a sack or the like, early-ripening rice transferred by the early-ripening rice transferring means.
