The present invention relates to a form (Euro form) lifting apparatus employing a continuous track, comprising: a rotating chain installed in a supporting structure, an electric motor to transmit a driving force to the chain, and a form (Euro form) supporting beam installed in the chain configured to efficiently lift the form (Euro form) using the chain rotating on a continuous track. The form (Euro form) lifting apparatus comprises: two supporting plates (10) vertically arranged and in a row; a drive motor (20) installed to be rotatable over both top ends of the two supporting plates (10), and including a drive sprocket (22); a driven sprocket (30) installed to be rotatable beneath the supporting plates, and to correspond to the drive sprocket; a pair of chains (40) installed between and connecting the drive sprocket and the driven sprocket; and a plurality of forms (Euro forms) supporting beams installed at predetermined intervals over the pair of chains (40).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
