The present invention relates to a method for producing biocompounds through application of a strain capable of harnessing diastatic enzyme protein contained in bio sugar at a single time without undergoing additional filtration steps. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing biocompounds. Diastatic enzymes left in bio sugar after undergoing a biomass saccharification process interrupt growth of fermentation microbes and also impede overall processes due to formation of solid substances by precipitation or denaturation. By applying a strain which uses the diastatic enzymes as a nitrogen source so as to harness the diastatic enzyme protein as a substrate, it is possible to promote growth of the strain, and additional filtration processes for removing the diastatic enzymes are not required.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
