An object of the present invention is to provide a stacked antifouling coating film which suppresses the deterioration of antifouling performance and has excellent damage resistance although the antifouling coating film is formed on the anticorrosive coating film in a step that an epoxy resin is not sufficiently cured as the stacked antifouling coating film formed by stacking an epoxy resin-based anticorrosive coating film and an antifouling coating film, an epoxy resin-based anticorrosive paint and the epoxy resin-based anticorrosive coating film which are for forming the stacked antifouling coating film, and production methods thereof. To achieve the object, an epoxy resin-based anticorrosive paint composition of the present invention for forming the anticorrosive coating film in the stacked antifouling coating film installed by stacking the anticorrosive coating film and the antifouling coating film in order from the substrate side on the surface of a substrate comprises an epoxy resin (A), a solid thermoplastic resin (B), and an amine-based curing agent (C), wherein the solid thermoplastic resin (B) is a solid at room temperature, and the content of the solid thermoplastic resin (B) is not less than 50 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the solid content of the epoxy resin (A).
