The present invention relates to a new board for an interior material, being environmentally-friendly, having excellent cushion and noise-blocking properties, and capable of realizing lightweight while reinforcing waterproofing properties and dimensional stability; a manufacturing method thereof, and an interior material using the same. According to the present invention, the board for an interior material comprises: a first dimensional reinforcement layer; a core layer formed on the first dimensional reinforcement layer; and a second dimensional reinforcement layer formed on the core layer.
