The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial cosmetic composition for preventing or alleviating immunological skin diseases, comprising a peptide originated from a fermented soybean extract and a natural extract as active ingredients. Specifically, the present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial composition comprising: a peptide for inhibiting inflammatory cells, originated from a fermented soybean extract; and at least one plant extract selected from the group consisting of Chelidonium majus Linne, Symplocos prunifolia, Thuja orientalis, Nymphaea tetragona, phellodendron bark, and Paeonia suffruticosa Andrew roots. Since the composition of the present invention, comprising a peptide originated from a fermented soybean extract and a natural extract as active ingredients, has been confirmed to have excellent anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, the composition of the present invention can be beneficially used as an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial composition as well as in a cosmetic composition for preventing or alleviating immunological skin diseases.
