The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a wild ginseng polyploid, which contains more biomass or ginsenoside, and a wild ginseng polyploid manufactured through the method. In order to obtain the wild ginseng polyploid, if colchicine is added for cultivation, a biomass or ginsenoside content is able to be excellent.
