According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for issuing and distributing shares by using virtual money comprises the following steps of: (a) allowing a server to perform a share issuing transaction for transmitting virtual money, which indicates a predetermined number of shares, to an address of a specific company, or supporting the server to perform the same; (b) if the share issuing transaction is recorded in database, allowing the server to acquire a first transaction ID indicating location information in which the share issuing transaction is recorded in the database; (c) allowing the server to generate a multisig address indicating an address to distribute issued shares by using a public key of a shareholder, a public key of the specific company, and a public key of the server, or supporting the server to generate the same; (d) supporting the server to perform a share distribution transaction for transmitting at least a part of the virtual money to the generated multisig address; and (e) if the share distribution transaction is recorded in the database, allowing the server to acquire a second transaction ID indicating location information in which the share distribution transaction is recorded in the database.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
