The apparatus includes a support (10); an extermination means which has a rotator (20) rotatable on the upper part of the support body (10) and including a reflector (25) and an auxiliary reflector (27) for reflecting light so as to prevent the access of the birds; and a combination means which is integrally formed on the lower part of the support body (10) and has a fixing body (30) installed by the combination of a bolts (31). At this time, at least one or more extermination means can be arranged vertically on the support body (10). Accordingly, the present invention can be installed conveniently regardless of a place in a natural environment, particularly using sunlight and wind, effectively prevent harmful birds from approaching crops and fruits, and minimize the damage of farmers to contribute to the increase of farm income.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
