A method for analyzing the NFC-based side channel of android terminal and a system are disclosed. A method for analyzing aside channel according to the present invention includes a step of allowing a contactless card reader to transmit data to an android terminal based on near field communication (NFC) and generating a trigger signal for measuring a side channel signal; a step of allowing the android terminal to receive the data from and transmitting it to a universal subscriber identity module (USIM) connected with a USIM extension flexible cable; a step of acquiring the side channel signal generated while processing the data in the USIM based on the trigger signal in a side channel signal measurement board connected to the android terminal, and transmitting it to an oscilloscope; and a step of performing a side channel analysis in the side channel measurement device when the side channel signal is acquired corresponding to a predetermined target collection amount.
