The present invention relates to a cushion for a chair, a bed, a sitting cushion, and the like, and to a method for manufacturing a cushioning in which the inside thereof is filled, and more particularly, to a cushion filled with a flame-retardant cushioning material using chaff, and to a method for manufacturing the cushioning. In the conventional cushionings, plastic synthetic materials and latex-based synthetic rubbers may generate harmful gas to a human body while burning in the event of a fire, and may cause a problem in strength when using grain such as chaff as described above. The present invention has been made to complement the problems of the cushioning, but also to propose a cushioning material using the flame-retardant material, and aims to provide the cushion in which the cushioning having complemented the strength while being easily manufactured by using an environmentally friendly chaff, and to a method for manufacturing the cushioning.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
