The present invention relates to a system and a method for establishing a database of reservoirs having a disaster risk. The system of the present invention comprises: an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) which flies in air, and photographs a reservoir; a database for storing information on the reservoir; and a server for receiving and preprocessing a plurality of images photographed by the UAV, combining the preprocessed images, generating an orthophotograph and a digital surface model (DSM) from the combined images, generating a three-dimensional model of the reservoir from the orthophotograph and the DSM, analyzing the risk of the reservoir through the 3D model, and reflecting analyzed data to update the database. According to the present invention, data on disaster information of reservoirs is collected by using the UAV such that operation costs are inexpensive, and information on reservoirs can be promptly and accurately obtained.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
