METHOD FOR PRODUCING COLORECTAL CANCER CELL LINE WITH ANTICANCER DRUG RESISTANCE INDUCED BY RIBOSOME-INACTIVATING STRESS AND METHOD FOR SCREENING INHIBITORS OF ANTICANCER DRUG RESISTANCE IN COLORECTAL CANCER PATIENTS USING SAME
The present invention relates to a method for producing a colorectal cancer cell line with anticancer drug resistance induced by ribosome-inactivating stress, and a method for screening inhibitors of anticancer drug resistance in colorectal cancer patients using the same. Cancer cells exposed to ribosome-inactivating stress have shown abnormal cell death signals activated by anticancer drugs, giving rise to reduction in sensitivity to the anticancer drugs. This suggests that latent resistance to the anticancer drugs can be considered in advance when conducting anticancer treatment for colorectal cancer, thereby helping establish effective anticancer treatment plans in a cost-effective way while making up shortcomings of existing anticancer treatment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
