Disclosed are a security system capable of detecting whether to illegally use an IP-based call service (VoIP or VoLTE) in SDN and NFV environments and blocking the illegal use thereof, and a security processing method. A SDN-based centralized VoIP service security system includes: a security service manager for setting and managing a security service policy required for using a VoIP security service; a VoIP security controller for creating the security service policy received through the security service manager as a predetermined information model and delivering the preset information model to a VoIP security function; and at least one VoIP security function for providing the VoIP security service based on the information model received from the VoIP security controller. Therefore, a centralized flexible service can be provided because the security service is provided by dynamically constructing the information model in the SDN/NFV environments based on software instead of existing hardware-based security equipment.
