An embodiment of the present invention relates to a mushroom cultivation system using a multi-stage cultivation kit and to cultivation facility equipment. The mushroom cultivation system using the multi-stage cultivation kit and the cultivation facility equipment according to the embodiment of the present invention is an exclusive respective tunnel type cultivation chamber system separated in a facility not in a whole space of the cultivation facility, and can perform year-round cultivation due to cost reduction as the mushroom cultivation system is blocked from the inside of the facility to prevent insect pests, and to control cooling, heating, temperature and humidity only in the cultivation facility space not in a wide space. The exclusive cultivation chamber is a mass production facility which can cultivate various kinds of mushrooms in a kit cultivation chamber, but by controlling the production amount as desired, it is possible to cultivate different varieties for each cultivation layer. In addition, the exclusive cultivation chamber does not need a separate cultivation chamber, and can culture and cultivate mushrooms in one place.
