The present invention relates to a thought-oriented education system using virtual reality video technology and a systematic desensitization method based on a network, capable of promoting impulse control and overcoming through a though-oriented education applying the systematic desensitization method to a virtual reality video based on the network for children and adolescents who are addicted to smoking, sex, drinking, games, etc. which are social problems. The though-oriented education system using virtual reality video technology and a systematic desensitization method based on a network are implemented by including: an addiction education service unit for generating addiction education information for a user by receiving the education information of the user and transmitting the addiction education information to an addiction education device of the user; and the addiction education device which downloads, stores, and executes an addiction education application for the addiction education by connecting to the addiction education service unit through the network and successively outputs a virtual reality environment video, an aversion stimulus video, and a muscle relaxation video according to an education level and an education item set by the user for educating the addiction of the user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
