The present invention relates to a genetic marker for predicting Sorafenib reactions in a hepatocellular carcinoma patient using gene polymorphism, and an application thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a genetic marker for predicting reactions of Sorafenib drugs, assessed by lesion of hepatocellular carcinoma patient. The present invention further relates to an analysis composition and an application thereof. Through the analysis on the genetic marker, it is possible to conduct customized anticancer therapy for each hepatocellular carcinoma patient.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
