The present invention relates to a preparation method of solidified makgeolli materials and solidified makgeolli materials prepared thereby. The preparation method of solidified makgeolli materials comprises the steps of: preparing white rice or popped rice, and yeast as raw materials of makgeolli; mixing the white rice or popped rice, and the yeast by using a blender; introducing water into the blender; mixing and kneading the mixed raw materials with water; molding the kneaded materials into pellets, chips, or pills; aging the molded raw materials at room temperature; and drying the aged raw materials.
