The present invention uses existing PBD equipment as it is, and a casing length can be increased by, for example, only 10 to 30 m (h), thus the joint of the casing and the wire at the time of penetration and drawing is made to be a fastening point which can move position unlike the welding fixed point of existing PBD equipment. As well as being easy to penetrate/pull out, the present invention is able to have a PBD depth type.
