The present invention relates to Chinese medicinal toothpaste comprising a Chinese medicine, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine contains at least 49% of an extract of the outer bark of pine tree, and the Chinese herbal medicine is contained in 3.00% in the Chinese medicinal toothpaste. The extract of the outer bark of pine tree is a medicine prepared by the following steps: grinding medicinal materials in the outer bark of pine tree roots into a particle material having a size of 3 mm; by using 59% ethanol as a solvent, performing filtration and extraction at a filtration rate of 11 ml per minute, and reducing pressure to recover ethanol from the filtrate until the filtrate is concentrated to a clear cream having a relative density of 1.2; and adjusting the pH of the clear cream to 8.9 to have a concentration of 69%.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
