The present invention discloses a Cu-Fe alloy wire having a high copper content surface alloy layer formed thereon and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the Cu-Fe alloy wire having a high copper content surface alloy formed thereon and a method of manufacturing the same of the present invention, through a process of recrystallization and heat treatment of a base material of the Cu-Fe alloy and rolling and surface quenching of a surface by a dice which has an inner diameter surface made of carbon, the Cu content at the surface can be increased in a range of 5-7% with respect to the base material by implementing micro-crystallization. Thus, the present invention provides the Cu-Fe alloy wire which is improved to have more economical properties by improvement of conflicting physical properties.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
