The present invention relates to a field data-based ship navigation simulation system and, more particularly, to a field data-based ship navigation simulation system that establishes a virtual system based on field data measured by various sensors installed in a ship and allows an actual ship navigation environment to be simulated as it is so that problems arising during ship navigation in an extreme marine environment can be minimized. According to the present invention, physical properties of the certain ship to be simulated, such as its bending moment, shear force, center of buoyancy, and load center, are calculated for ship structure design verification and the states of constituent components, such as its engine, rudder, and thrust, are accurately monitored in real time along with a movement of the ship. As a result, an administrator or an operator can monitor the state of the ship and take measures such as warning in a timely manner, which results in the prevention of accidents in the ship navigation environment. In addition, a ship component manufacturer manufacturing the ship components to be applied to the certain ship can predict the durability and stability of the ship components in a component design step preceding the production of an expensive prototype based on the simulation of the actual ship navigation environment following component mounting on the certain ship, and thus the ship components can be manufactured at reduced costs and within shortened periods of time, which leads to the suggestion of highly reliable component verification standards. Furthermore, an actual offshore plant environment can be shown to students not familiar with offshore plants and engineers such as designers at component companies and then they can learn about the physical properties of the ship components to be applied to the certain ship, and thus on-site experience can be accumulated and the learning can be assisted to a significant extent.
