The present invention relates to a method for producing a heterogeneously bonded anisotropic nanostructure in which two semiconductor materials are present in a nanostructure while maintaining a nanostructure structure by applying a new cation exchange method to an anisotropic nanostructure and a nanostructure therefrom.The present invention can produce heterogeneous nanostructures by cation exchange of semiconductor materials while maintaining the structure of an anisotropic nanostructure using HSAB theory and ligands.;
