The present invention relates to a single-port laparoscopic entry device and a surgical medical instrument including the single-port laparoscopic entry device that blocks a single incised part for laparoscopic surgery not to be exposed to the outside and provides a passage so that a surgical instrument can be moved into an abdominal cavity. The entry device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a soft material-based housing disposed outside an abdomen to cover the incised part formed in the abdomen, providing connection between the inside and outside of the housing, and integrally provided with multiple flexible cannula portions guiding the movement of the laparoscopic surgical instrument into the abdominal cavity; a lower body coupling rim integrally formed at an outer edge of an opening portion at a lower end of the housing to come into contact with the epithelium of the abdomen on the circumference of the incised part; and at least one handle integrally formed at an edge of an upper surface of the housing or an outer edge thereof to be higher than the upper surface and having a surface or a hole that can be held with a hand so that the housing is not distorted during the movement of the surgical instrument into the abdominal cavity by means of the flexible cannula portions.
