The present invention relates to an experimental apparatus for heat transfer and thermal decomposition of kerosene using a heat transfer fluid. More specifically, the experimental apparatus for heat transfer and thermal decomposition of kerosene using heat transfer fluid comprises: a heat transfer fluid storage tank to store a heat transfer fluid therein; a heater installed in the heat transfer fluid storage tank to be immersed in the heat transfer fluid to heat the heat transfer fluid; a kerosene flow pipe installed to be immersed in the heat transfer fluid to heat kerosene flowing therein in a bath by the heat transfer fluid, and provided with a temperature sensor installed therein; a nitrogen injection hole to inject nitrogen gas into the heat transfer fluid storage tank to increase a pressure in the heat transfer fluid storage tank; a heat exchanger installed in a pipeline of the kerosene flow pipe to exchange heat with kerosene heated in the bath by the heat transfer fluid; and a collection tank to store heat-exchanged kerosene. Even if the heater is turned off, a temperature is maintained for a long time by thermal capacity of the heat transfer fluid to heat kerosene for a long time to assist in measuring an accurate material property.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
