The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a level and concentration by using an ultrasonic wave and, more specifically, to an apparatus for measuring a level and concentration of a urea aqueous solution of an SCR system for a diesel vehicle by using an ultrasonic wave which can measure a level, concentration, and a temperature of a urea reducing agent in one measurement apparatus and to a measurement system thereof. According to the present invention, the apparatus for measuring a level and concentration of a urea solution reducing agent aqueous solution of an SCR system for a diesel vehicle can measure the level, the concentration, and the temperature of the urea reducing agent in one measurement apparatus. In addition, the apparatus for measuring a level and concentration of a urea solution reducing agent aqueous solution of an SCR system for a diesel vehicle of the present invention can accurately determine entrance of impurities when materials other than the urea reducing agent enter.
