A viewer designing method for improving web accessibility of a retinitis pigmentosa patient comprises the steps of: extracting positions of a text region, an image region, and a media region among components of web content provided to a display device; inverting foreground and background colors only in the text region; converting a text of the text region, while being color-inverted, into a font which has higher legibility than readability; applying implementation priority to the media region; outputting bypassed web content to the display device, wherein the bypassed web content is composed of the color-inverted and font-converted text region, the implementation priority-applied media region, and the image region; and maintaining a state of the bypassed web content when a page of the web content is changed. Accordingly, physically challenged persons having retinitis pigmentosa and visually impaired persons in the world can have improved visual information accessibility with respect to web content.
