The present invention relates to a method for preparing red pepper paste using a mixed liquid of Dendropanax morbifera and onion extracts, and Dendropanax morbifera and onion impregnated burned-salt. The red pepper paste is manufactured by mixing and aging: steamed glutinous rice manufactured by inputting and steaming glutinous rice with a mixed liquid of Dendropanax morbifera and onion extracts; a malt powder liquid; fermented soybean paste manufactured by using the mixed liquid of Dendropanax morbifera and onion extracts; Dendropanax morbifera burnt salt manufactured by using the mixed liquid of Dendropanax morbifera and onion extracts; and red pepper powder. The red pepper paste has a good color, tastes sweet and has a good smell, thereby having not only effects of red pepper paste but effects of Dendropanax morbifera and onion.
