The present invention relates to a combination of a mesoporous silica nanoparticle and a ginsenoside and a use thereof. More specifically, it relates to a combination of a mesoporous silica nanoparticle and a ginsenoside, a cancer containing the above- A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer or an inflammatory disease using the pharmaceutical composition, and a method for producing the conjugate. The conjugate of MSNP and ginsenoside of the present invention is advantageous to be developed as a drug because of its high ability to target cancer cells. In addition, since the conjugate exhibits high anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory activity, it can be usefully used for prevention and treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases.
