The present invention relates to a novel silane derivative for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting device host materials, and a blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting device using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a novel silane derivative for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting device host materials, which has high triplet energy by mixing a carbazole derivative with a silicon core and also exhibits excellent charge transferability, conformational features, and thermal stability as a host material in blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices, thereby enhancing performance of the blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices.
