According to the present invention, a method of improving formability of a pure titanium sheet comprises: (a) a first cold-rolling step of rolling a pure titanium sheet; (b) a step of performing a first heat treatment on the first cold-rolled sheet; (c) a second cold-rolling step of rolling the first heat-treated sheet; and (d) a step of performing a second heat treatment on the second cold-rolled sheet. The method of improving formability of a pure titanium sheet performs the first heat treatment after performing the first cold-rolling step to form a recrystallized microstructure capable of easily forming twin crystals in the titanium sheet. The final heat treatment is performed after performing the second cold-rolling step at an optimal reduction ratio to maximize an effect of texture dispersion by the twin crystals after the first heat treatment to remarkably increase formability of the pure titanium sheet by the effect of texture dispersion by the twin crystals.
