According to the present invention, a pile propulsion method of reinforcing and lifting foundations of a building comprises: forming a perforation hole to insert a steel pipe pile into a base plate of an existing building; installing a steel pipe file to be embedded in the perforation hole underground below the base plate; disposing a propelling pile having gear teeth formed longitudinally on a circumferential surface thereof on an upper portion of the steel pipe pile; installing a drive motor on a side surface of the propelling pile, wherein the drive motor is installed such that a drive gear to transmit a driving force of the drive motor is engaged with the gear teeth of the propelling pile; and operating the drive motor and propelling the propelling pile downward in accordance with rotation of the drive gear to embed the steel pipe pile underground.
