The present invention relates to a two-component grouting method for ground balance and reinforcement and, more specifically, to a ground reinforcement comprising slag wool dust, a grouting solution B comprising the ground reinforcement and a grouting method using the same. Provided is a ground reinforcement auxiliary material obtained by mixing an inorganic silicic acid material composition comprising slag wool dust and an aqueous solution in which an alkali stimulant is dissolved at the weight ratio of 1 : 5-12, wherein the surface of the inorganic silicic acid material is activated.
