In a glass composition for strengthening physical properties, glass for strengthening physical properties, and a manufacturing method thereof of the present invention, chemical tempered cullet manufactured by an ion exchange method and containing specific elements such as Na_2O and the like in a large amount is recycled to reduce discharge of CO_2, to minimize a fraction defective by bubbles without using Al_2O_3 supply determining ingredients, and to prevent weathering which is a phenomenon of alkaline ions to be eluted such as chlorosis without controlling the content of raw materials containing separate B_2O_3.
