According to the present invention, a tissue is successively cut in a depth direction by a predetermined thickness, and a plurality of slices formed thereby are respectively photographed so as to laminate the plurality of slices in the depth direction. Then, the plurality of slices are reconstructed into one three-dimensional image by alignment. After that, only a blood vessel image is extracted so as to generate a three-dimensional blood vessel image. Therefore, a shape of a blood vessel can be confirmed, and the volume or the like of the blood vessel can be quantified and examined.
