The present invention relates to a feed additive for enhancing omega-3 fatty acid, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for breeding cattle using the same, and more particularly, to a feed additive capable of producing meat, eggs and the like having a high omega fatty acid content, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for breeding cattle using the same. The feed additive for enhancing omega-3 fatty acid of the present invention comprises a fermented product which is obtained by mixing and fermenting, based on 100 wt% of a Linum usitatissimum powder, 50-80 wt% of wheat bran, 40 to 60 wt% of a Perilla frutescens bark, 5 to 15 wt% of a Portulaca oleracea extract, 10 to 20 wt% of Rubus coreanus, 10 to 15 wt% of rice bran, and 2 to 80 wt% of a Prunus mume bark.
