The present invention relates to a drug delivery system for effectively administering a drug in a body tissue of a person (or an animal). The drug delivery system comprises: (a) a microjet injector including a pressure chamber in which a part of a side surface thereof is sealed by an elastic membrane and a pressure generating liquid is densely filled therein, and a drug chamber which is arranged adjacent to the pressure chamber with a boundary of the elastic membrane, accommodates a drug solution therein, and has a micro nozzle for discharging the drug solution to the outside on one side thereof; (b) a laser generator which generates a laser beam and emits the laser beam to the outside, and generates bubbles by irradiating the pressure generating liquid of the microjet injector with the laser beam; and (c) a fractional laser filter module which divides the beam incident from the laser generator into a plurality of fractional laser beams having a reduced diameter. According to the microjet drug delivery system of the present invention as described above, the stratum corneum is selectively removed through a process of pre-ablating the skin by using a fractional laser beam, and the drug microjet injection is performed on a relatively weakened portion where the stratum corneum is removed, thereby allowing the drug to be effectively infiltrated into the skin tissue.
