The present invention relates to a device and a measuring method for measuring a radiation dose according to a position, comprising: a communication unit for receiving a radiation dose from an Automated Dosimetry Record (ARD); A sensor unit for detecting position information of the personal electron dosimeter; And a processor unit for receiving the radiation dose and the position information from the communication unit and the sensor unit, respectively, and recording the radiation dose and the relative coordinate in units of a predetermined time interval. According to the present invention, it is possible to acquire radiation dose data according to the movement position of a worker in a radiation management zone by providing a position-based radiation dose measuring device capable of collecting radiation dose and position information.
