METHOD FOR TREATING MARINE POLLUTED SEDIMENT AND CONTAMINATED SOIL ON LAND

The present invention relates to a method to treat polluted marine sediments. According to the present invention, the method includes: a magnetic separation step of separating magnetic and nonmagnetic particles from dredged marine soil; a sedimentation step of condensing and precipitating the dredged soil by adding a coagulant to the dredged soil which has been classified as nonmagnetic particles through the magnetic separation step; a granular separation step of granularly separating the dredged soil, which has been precipitated through the sedimentation step, to separate only minute soil of which granular size is not more than a predetermined size; an oxidation treatment step of storing the minute soil and water, which have been separated through the granular separation step, in an oxidization treatment tank, generating OH radical by adding iron ions and ozone, and generating a cavitation effect of microbubbles to oxidize organic matter and separate heavy metals form the organic matter; and a heavy metal erupting step of erupting heavy metals from the minute soil by storing the minute soil in a heavy metal erupting tank which stores an acidic solution.
