The present invention relates to a hydroponic crop cultivating device and, more specifically, relates to a hydroponic crop cultivating device capable of improving the efficiency of cultivation by keeping equal the quality of a nutrient solution in a plurality of hydroponic water tanks as a parallel circulation structure is formed to individually supply the nutrient solution to each of the hydroponic water tanks which are placed at intervals in a vertical direction. The hydroponic crop cultivating device comprises: a plurality of placement plates horizontally combined with a vertical frame, and arranged at intervals in a vertical direction; a hydroponic water tank placed on each of the placement plates, storing a nutrient solution, and including a crop rack on which crops are placed; an LED module fixed to the upper part of the hydroponic water tank to emit light to the crops; and a nutrient solution circulation and supply unit supplying the nutrient solution to each of the hydroponic water tanks, collecting the nutrient solution from each of the hydroponic water tanks, and circulating the nutrient solution in each of the hydroponic water tanks.
