1. A method for extracting soluble arabinoxylan products from cereal grains, the aforementioned method comprising (i) removing part of the outer layers of whole cereal grains by partially removing the shells, obtaining the first bran of cereals and cereal grains with partially removed shells, (ii) rolling milling of the aforementioned cereal grains with partially removed shells in order to obtain a second bran of cereals, the aforementioned method also includes (iii) pouring in an aqueous solution of at least part of the aforementioned dried cereal bran in order to increase the solubility and additional depolymerization of at least a portion of the arabinoxylan contained in the aforementioned second cereal bran, and (iv) separating from the insoluble fraction of the aforementioned soft mass of the solubilized fraction containing at least a portion of the solubilized soluble products arabinoxylan. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before pouring with an aqueous solution, the aforementioned second bran of cereals was subjected to fractionation in order to remove at least a portion of particles smaller than 150 microns. The method according to claim 1, wherein, before pouring with an aqueous solution, the aforementioned second cereal bran was ground to an average particle diameter in the range of 250 to 1000 microns. The method according to claim 3, wherein before pouring with an aqueous solution the aforementioned ground second bran of cereals was subjected to fractionation in order to remove at least a portion of particles with a size of less than 150 microns.
