FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to simulation in medicine and can be used for creation of model for studying effects of introduction of volume-forming substances in laboratory animals. Lower-middle incision is performed without opening of peritoneum, bladder is pulled, direct needle 17–19 G prick is made to depth of 0.3–0.5 cm in lateral side walls of bladder and 2–3 ml of volume-forming substance are introduced.EFFECT: method enables creating model for studying effect on tissue of volume-forming substances at following minimally invasive introduction.3 cl, 1 dwg
