An apparatus for simulating non-stationary temperature field in rocket engineering constructions elements when exposed to large thermal flows relates to the field of instrumentation, is used in experimental trials for simulating non-stationary temperature field in the structural elements of rocket technology, working in a short time under the high temperature gas stream flow. The apparatus can simulate unsteady temperature field in the assembly units of complex shape made up of dissimilar materials, comprising external thermal barrier coating, the heat insulation layer and the steel construction element by laser exposure or oxidative continuous flow from the oxy-fuel burner. The apparatus includes an assembly of materials identical to materials in the element assembly of rocket engineering structures formed preserving compound material technology (e.g., gluing, plating, etc.) along the line of greatest heat flux density in the structure, enclosed in a cylindrical shell retainer component, made in the form of two half-cylinders of thermally resistant material based on cubic stabilized zirconia with low heat conductivity, between which a thermocouple. The technical result - the approach of the experimental conditions of a one-dimensional problem of propagation of a temperature wave characteristic for complex products of large size, when the heating area significantly exceeds the thickness of the product. 5 yl.
