The invention relates to the field of mass spectrometry and touches the device to study parameters of micro-meteorites and debris particles. The device comprises a target, the grounded grid, four receivers ions, four toroidal deflector voltage source block ion spectra processing and display unit. Furthermore, the device comprises three pairs of measurement electrodes and the block of the velocity vector measurement. vector velocity measuring unit is connected to three pairs of measurement electrodes and display unit. Toroidal deflectors consist of an inner and outer reflecting electrode and a reflecting electrode disposed on the back side of the target. The target has a hemispherical shape and is made of three layers of metal: gold, nickel and copper.
